I had an outstanding experience with Atlanta West Dentistry, and I especially want to recognize Nicole, their incredible insurance coordinator. Navigating dental insurance—especially with an out-of-network claim can be stressful, but Nicole made the entire process seamless. She worked tirelessly on my claim, advocating on my behalf and following up with the insurance company until everything was resolved. What impressed me the most was her constant communication. She kept me informed every step of the way, promptly returned my calls, answered all of my questions, and made sure I always knew the status of my claim. I never once felt like I was left wondering what was happening. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping patients as much as Nicole does. Her persistence, professionalism, and dedication saved me so much time and frustration, and because of her hard work, my out-of-network benefits were paid successfully. Atlanta West Dentistry is fortunate to have someone so knowledgeable and committed on their team. I had such a great experience at Atlanta West Dentistry! De’Nee was so sweet and made me feel completely comfortable, and Jen at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. They both made my visit feel so easy and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients!

had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. My biggest issue was the lack of transparency regarding the cost of treatment. I do not feel that the financial responsibility was clearly explained before services were provided. When I later questioned the charges, I was told everything had already been explained to me, which was not my experience. That response left me feeling dismissed rather than heard. Clear communication about treatment costs is essential, and I left feeling frustrated and misled. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for honest, upfront communication.

Highly recommend this dentistry office. ALL the employees are so lovely, great people, and the dentists and hygienists are fantastic. I have never had any problems with their work or follow up. I do not believe that they work on you unless they need to. Some dentists will tell you you need work doing when you don’t - but not here. They work with you as much as possible. I have built up a good rapport with all my team here. Everything is seamless from booking to treatment. I’d be hard pressed to leave this location - good dentists are hard to find.

I am scared of the dentist, mostly because I used to suck at taking care of my teeth and each visit was painful. However, at this location I felt really comfortable. EVERYONE was nice. You can tell they take care of the team considering how well they treat their patients. I had to bring my son to the appointment and they were extremely understanding and helpful whenever he was being a kid hahah. I will be 100% returning and voicing my great experience. They’re out of network from my insurance and I will still come here, this is an investment I am willing to make. Special shoutout to Lisa, she was indescribably good, and Dr. Nguyen, very professional and non-judgmental. Loved it, 10/10 will recommend
